Do you allow adult websites ?
Answer:
NO! Adult sites, eggdrops bots, irc scripts, spam scripts , warez, or any other kind of illegal activity is not allowed. If you host such content on your site, your account will be terminated, and refunds will not be issued. |

Can I check my mail from any PC in the world ? How to access Webmail?
Answer:
Yes, you can receive you email from any computer that is connected to the internet. If you are unable to check your webmail from an office, please check with your server administrator on corporate firewall.
To access your webmail, point your browser to:
http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/
Note that there is a slash on the end, you will not be able to access webmail through this method if you do not add the slash. |

How do I get my email?

If you're familiar with your email client's setup, use the following information to retrieve email from your POP account:Incoming mail (POP3) server: mail.yourdomain.com ...Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.yourdomain.com unless your ISP blocks port 25. In this case, use your ISP's outgoing mail server. Please remember to check "my Outgoing mail server requires authentication". |

Included FREE with every account is CPanel 7.X, a very powerful tool for editing and graphically tracking visitors to your site. The tracking provides you statistics on how long visitors were there, what pages they visited and the order in which they were visited. With the advanced logging feature activated it even captures what browser was being used and how the visitors found you, whether through a search engine or a web site link. |

Yes. Each package comes with a certain number of "domain pointers". Basically a domain pointer is where an extra domain points to a subdirectory of your main site. |

Do I have to have a domain in order to host with you?
Answer:
Of course not! If you feel that you do not need a domain, you can have a sub-domain instead (ex. yourname.asthost.com). There is not extra fee or discount if you use a sub-domain. If you ever do get a domain, we'll add the domain to our server and transfer your files over to it at not extra cost! |
